Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature and intimate size of our residencies we are unable to offer refunds. However if you are able to find someone to take your place, Gergana and Anna-Sophia will do their best to accommodate this.

In the very unlikely event that Gergana and Anna-Sophia should need to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be made to all participants. 

There is no liability for whatever independent travel arrangements you may make. You are strongly advised to take out health and travel insurance.
